stress and insecurities

Yesterday was full of stress and insecurities!
Ughhh now my head is full of decisions that I need to make.

I stress off of things that I can't control. This is a issue for me that I know I need to work on. But breaking habbits is hard.

Yesterday I was mugged by some BZ in court, and then I take me son to see his uncle who he hasn't seen in 2 years and his bitch starts hella drama cuz she insecure! Smh

I mean I'm sure he's givin her a reason to be... no I'm positive [I know for a fact] but seriously I get shit from hella dudes girls who think I have some evil plot to take their man... wtf seriously... I've been threw all that and I don't try to get at any dudes or talk to any dudes if they have a chick. Seriously I know how it feels to have your "homewrecked" and I ain't that female.

Sometimes I think my personality is to strong and that I intimedate women... I don't think I'm the baddest bitch... shit have the time I'm in jeans and a hoodie! i first started taking these pills in ummm febuary... i stopped takin them and then would start again but officially started again on thursday.

These are herbal pills, but I feel like I'm on dope when I'm on them. Which sometimes is good cuz I wanna move lol I get cotton mouth... your supposed to drink like 50 oz of water a day taking these pills. But I hate water so I don't. Lol then there are days you don't eat... well I don't... I should... and most of those days where I'm not hungry I force myself to eat! Then there are days where I can eat EVERYTHING I see in sight! The pills run between $55 to $65 depending on if you order them online or not. Ill post locations below... so I recomend the pills... I like em, and I know they work... my friends have also took them. And my ex husbands cousin took em and he lost 81lbs in 7 months. That's what 10 pounds a month? It doesn't sound like a lot! But some people can't loose close to that in a year lol

We all know that 50 cent KILLLLLLSSS careers... example Ja Rule and even The Game cuz let's face it... ever since the game and 50's beef the game ain't been on point.

So why 150,000 copies? I would say karma BUT officer ricky's last project "Triple C's" only sold 4,000... you figure a man with such big stature and presence as officer Ricky would know that album was a mistake... trying to pulla G-Unit type of move. Phssst blah!

I see self esteem as a feeling that make some people do the lowest things. They probably were told their whole life that they were beautiful untill junior high when puberty hits. Then the kids tease. I know in junior high I got teased because I didn't have the filas or addias jacket and because I was two skinny. But over time I learned my self worth. Even though threw relationships I have been brought down. But I have always known that I am worth more and deserve better.
I think that's what allows me too leave the relationships and allows me to be happy in life.

They say in a unhealthy relationship the couple will go back to each other an average of 7 times before untimatly breaking up.

Why do we keep going back? People say "cuz I still love em." I've learned that to be untrue. I was with my ex for 5 years. He took me to hell and back. But I kept going back. After our first big break up of two years I always cheated on him. And he continued to do so to me. I kept taking him back because I would think "where would he go?" Or "what about my son?" One guy I was talkin to for 3 years while I was with my ex and he would say "how come you don't leave?" And my answer would be "because I love him".... I loved him but wasn't in love. At times I would fall back in love with him... (ie: me marring him) but within a month I was regreting being back with him and cheated on him. Till I finally left him.

People confuse love with security and often are mistaking love for that false sense of security. I know I did. I know a lot of people continue to go back to unhealty relationships because they do not want to be alone, they don't like sleeping alone etc. But I've learn to find out.... you're never alone. Loneliness is a eff'd up feeling but its a feeling that you can deal with untill you find that person who treats you right.

So when your in a relationship and you keep going back... think it threw and make sure its what you want to do. Sometimes it does work for couples! But now and days people take relationships to a whole new light. So if you want to continue in that cycle of hurt, pain, breaking up, going back go head. But circles are just continuous lines... lines do end somewhere.

Compromising and being supportive are BIG key in making a relationship work!
There is a difference in being supportive from sitting there and not saying anything but playing the roll of being supportive.
Us as women most of the time sit there and support our men but when we want to do something we offten get put on the back burner or end up having to give up what we want to do to SUPPORT our men... fellas we can't have this! If your lady wants to do something that you don't agree with but you see that she really wants to do it... COMPROMISE... meet half way... come to a equal medium... ladies we got to do this too. I see this happen a lot in the music industry... a girlfriend or wife does not want their spouse to do a certain show for groupie reasons. Don't bitch about it... met half way... don't go to this show but go to the next one or visa versa... or go for the first half of the show... it shows support and compromise... complaining about anything in a relationship leads to arguements. I'm not saying be submissive to your spouse but compromise... its easier.

Every relationship is 50/50! Nothing more nothing less. We need to support each other to be happy. No one wants to see their spouse fail... right? Being supportive is not being submissive. Sometimes being supportive is taken for granted but if you guys have agreements and have spoke to each other about what your long term goals in life are... it souldnt be that hard to support one another. Especially the person you love!

Everyday on myspace I probably get 20+ emails saying "what's up sexy, you got a man?"
I DONT do internet dating. Don't get me wrong sometimes I flirt... but I wouldn't intentionaly be online trying to find love.
I know people do it. And I've heard of people falling in love. Maybe its easier because online you can make yourself somebody you want to be but aren't.

This is someone is in a multi person concenting relationship. Like 3 people live and love together as one couple. This is widely recognized in the morman community. Not to be confused with Bigamy in which someone marries more than one person.

Hey Tay, please consider this: IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ON A REALTIONSHIP? AT SOME POINT IS IT JUST...OVER? DO PEOPLE GROW APART? SMGDMFH

I had received this is a DM for my blog. Now I'm no relationship expert... sometimes I need help with mine. Sometimes we really already know the answers to our questions... right? Like when you ask a friend for advice they are telling you what you already kno?

I have dated men, played them, loved them, hated them, cried over them everything someone with feelings has done. but the relationships that I did have were mostly long term my first boyfriend from when I was 13-18, my baby daddy 17-19, my husband 19-24... I have a problem holding on to relationships when there are over!

For instence I started talking to this guy 3 years ago. Seriously for the past 6 months. Yes we were talking while I was with my ex husband but I never cheated on my husband with this person. Anyways when I left my ex husband [marcus] we decided to start a relationship. Everything was perfect untill he went back to his girlfriend and I found out... now me and him fight almost every week, we aren't seeing each other anymore... but somehow I feel I am sticking around hoping he breaks it off with his girl. He doesn't want to be with her... everyone knows it and sees it... but he is stuck... everyone gets attatched to someone... they get comfortable... they start to loose sight of who they are because of a certain person... I've done it for 5 years and I feel my self doing it with this person [*bob] he is a great person but I'm starting to get comfortable thinking one day he'll really leave his girl... which I'm realizing he's not and I'm movng forward. This relationship between me and him is over! I know it is and now I have to do me and move on...

I think a relationship is over when you feel its over, when you've exaugsted every thing in your power to make it work and it simply just will not work! Also if you feel like its over.... and you don't want to be with that person anymore I think you should tell them, if they still care for you and want to be with you... and you ain't there anymore... leave em... it sounds harsh but honestly why lead that person on? Why tell them things and have them believe you want to be with them when you don't? So they can hate you later? Regret you? Dispise you? Feelings are meant to be hurt... and then there are feelings that never get broke like... healing... they will heal from it and once they realize that you broke up with them not to make it worse and that you did it because you care? that's the bet feeling ever...

its 2009/2010... its not the 50's anymore... people rarely find their "true loves" anymore... people think more with their no-no spots then with their hearts... with that said... nothing lasts forever. It seems like it in this day and age... at any point a relaionship could be over... hopefully in this crazy world you did find someone that is your soulmate and you can work it out... but after one big fight don't just say its over... fight! fight for the person you love, not fight them I think that's what a lot of us do... I know I'm guilty... I've fought the person argued, nagged, complained, bitched whatever... but not fought for him... there have been times where I've done nothing but fight for him and ended up feeling defeated emotionaly even though I got him back. We need to do everything we can and fight for our love.... but there's only so many beat downs someone can take... after a while if your the only one fighting... you won! You may not have one the person your fighting for but you've won yourself... move on and love yourself.

Yeah sooo not the 50's... I always say "I wish we loved like we did in the 50's and fought like we did in the 80's [dance battles]" lol its hard to find that person... we always look for "mr.right" but find "mr.rightnow" people grow apart all the time... sometimes we just grow up!

This is a long blog... ill prolly read it over and over and add stuff... but this is all honest and my feelings... I hope my advice and experience helps you in your time of heartache. Before I get started on this topic I have to say that I am not a relationship expert, this is just basically what works for Jaytee && I. Also, how I believe a relationship should work in order to survive. These are my own persona opinions, which I have developed over my past failed relationships. [TRUST] I feel that no matter what you’ve been through in past relationships should NEVER carry over to a new one. No matter what give that ‘next’ person a clean slate. Everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, so unless they give you reason to be crazy-insecure girlfriend, DON’T. Be trusting. (i.e., I know people that hide their access codes from their gf/bf. I feel that the only reason people do shit like that is when they got shit to hide).
[RESPECT] This is MAJOR. You can’t truly be happy with someone who doesn’t respect you. And not just you, people in your life that mean anything to you. I was always taught to treat others the way that you want to be treated. Talking shit, being condescending, yelling @ each other… etc… nobody wants to be with someone like that. Okay as I said in the video below I was gonna blog about a situation. I was gonna do the blog for tomorrow but I decided to do it today.

I had to cut of a friend of ten years today :( [awwwww] blah! Okay so what happened is threw out this friendship I feel like i have put far more into it than she ever did! Granted she did help me a couple times... all of which I could count on my hand... she has been in this terrible relationship for the past 2 years. In feburary me, my ex, and her mom helped her to get out of it. But she kept going back. Over and over I would say "if she goes back, I'm done" it was beginning to have to much stress on me.
Well for a while she left her ex alone and we both agreed we would start looking for new jobs and getting our lives back on track. Well I started to while she went back to her ex. Her ex brings her down in so many terrible ways. So I finally called it quits. I had enough.
I told her I was done and a big arguement broke out her calling me names and calling me a "fat depressed bitch" lol this is funny to me because I may be "fat" but far from depressed.
I don't want to get into to much details on what happened but. I feel as friends we would grow together... especially if we both going threw simular situations.

I don't think I am in the wrong for cutting it off. I'm trying to grow as a person. Why would I want to be around someone who I feel keeps falling back into old ways? Moving forward does not involve going back...

So with that said.... ima move forward and continue to focus on me and my child. And be there for my friends who want to do something with their lives.

i remember when i first found out that i was pregnant wit you... Even though you are a blessing to me i thought my life was over... I went into the doctors for a asthma attack and since i didn't have my period for four months the doctor took a test. When he told me i was pregnant i didn't beleive him and asked him to take it again. He came back and was like you are pregnant. That night i went home and got into a fight wit ez he is by best friend, your godfather, and the guy your named after... Within the next two days i told your nana i was pregnant by giving her my doctor papers she was very happy. Your papa was the most shocked...

On feb 13th 2004 my water broke... I was in the hospital for two weeks...I had you at 32 weeks.... Two months early... The doctors said you wouldn't breath on your own, that your heart would be bad, and that you would have brain damage. You came out perfect NOTHING wrong wit you. You would stop breathing because you ate to fast i'm actually suprised you don't now. Lol... I had to leave you in the hospital for five weeks. The first day i had to leave i cried so badly for you... But i was at the hospital everyday for two times a day to be with you...

Now you are 4 years old... Crazy just like your mommy and daddy... You talk to much and you talk back. Lol. Your my lil baby and i couldn't be happier that i have you in my life. While at the buss stop this morning all us moms where standing around gossipin and one says "did you know he was a sex offender?" My first reaction was shock, then I wanted to flash on dude.

A groupie is a person who seeks sexual and/or emotional intimacy with a celebrity or other authority figure. -Wikipedia

Groupies! I don't even know where to start! As some of you know I am a promoter and have worked with some of the best west coast artists and even some national acts. I have seen my share of groupies and even have been called a groupie.

So what is a groupie?
Well above [wikipedia] explains a groupie as one who seeks intamacy from a celebrity or authority figure. From what I've seen a groupie is basically any fan who obsessivly goes to a rappers show, or does anything they can to get that artists attention. Even sleeping with his entorage to get to him. I've heard of females poking holes in condoms and even "turkey basting" themselves to get pregnant by a artists.

Groupies in promotion:
like I said I've been called a groupie. My whole squad has. But I think people call us groupies [which seldomly happens] because they see us as a threat to their business, or iono life? Lol. We are respected and strive on keeping our business relationships just that... business. On the otherhand.. I've seen video, pictures, and have been told by the reciever that there are promoters that exchange sexual favors to advance in the business or get a certain artist to do something for them for free. Those promoters are not being taken seriously and behind closed doors are laughed at. Some promoters use the title "promoter" to cover their groupie tendencies, which sucks for the promoters who are out there grinding and networking their asses off to advance in this business.

Male groupies:
Yes! I do not care what you say there are male groupies! They also will do whatever they can to get in good. But with male groupies the "double standard" comes in and its different, they aren't considered groupies. Which is unfair... I've experience a couple male groupies... hmmm okay MALE GROUPIE #1: you know how like in ever 10 mile radius there is that one guy "Mr.Network" who "networks" with every one but when he introduces him self he has to be like "yeah what's up? Member me? I'm ray rays cousin... yeah u know? Ray ray who's sister has a baby with young capone, you just did a track with him like 3 months ago!" He's not exchanging sexual favors to get something in return... but he is trying to get in good with the artist so he can get something in return. MALE GROUPIE #2: this is the male groupie who trys to hump every close female around a certain rapper thinking he can game up or pipe down at least ONE of the rappers close female friends or even sister so he can get that verse or even hang out with that artist at the club... smh! Told you they exsist... feeling guilty? Its you! Lol

Groupies... but no sexual activity: is this possible? Or are they considered fans? I would say they are fans, but some people might disagree... lately it seems that everyone is a rapper, dj, promoter, producer etc... there's so many of us its hard to point out or recognize a fan when you see one. I know whenever I get around Balance I freeze up... I'm not a groupie, never have got at him in a groupie way. But I am a fan! I respect his music and hardwork... but to a closed minded person, someone who doesn't know who I am would see me as a groupie, but i am a FAN.

Groupies VS Wifes/Girlfriends:
Ughhh omg! I feel for the wifes or girlfriends of these artists soooo much! I ain't gonna lie... some of my girls have had FULL RELATIONSHIPS with artists. My BD is a rapper but I'm one of the females that was with him before that's what he wanted to fully presue. No one wants someone coming and recking a home. I'm not going to say a happy relationship because something maybe wrong for him to cheat... but its unfair for the wife/girlsfriend who has stuck by her mans side. Threw thick and thin... to hell and back and then have to deal with groupies? Most of these wifes/girlfriends where there before these men became "famous". And then it could be all ruined over. Groupie? That's not fair to the wives or the families that they have made with/for these men.

Artist & Groupies: I know some artists who don't even look twice when a groupie is in their face. there should be some kinda effn award for that lol. and to those that don't, the "I get loney" excuse? eff that.... there is masturbation, phone sex, shit if you get money like that fly your wife or girl out. Can't do that? Have willpower and love for yourself or her not to fall into the "spell" of the groupie hoe. Lol... Or how about don't even be in a relationship and them "f*ck every girl in the 'groupie' world"! You won't be just saving any relationship you might be in, but you could be saving someones life.

Why do Groupies do this? Self esteem? They want to be loved? We can say it stems from that. I mean self esteem is mainly the root of all evil... when women do not have esteem for themselves they do drastic thing to feel better about themselfs. The male groupies its the same thing, self esteem. They want to be the cool guy hanging out with the cooler guy. They want to be excepted and well liked... we can't say its for the money because that would be a goldigger and that's a whole different blog. Lol

But what I've always wonder why is it okay for men to glorify what they do to women and how many females they penitrate, but why isn't it okay for us?

On my blog "Ladies, Ladies, Ladies" [posted: 9/30/09] I posted "Pussy is not the most powerful thing, the way we love is the most powerful thing" [which by the way I got from Mark Curry's Book I just worded it differently] and the quote above is a comment Deetra left. I love her for it because she makes a great point.

We as women do give birth to men and women so in that sense pussy is powerful... but to me its still not the most powerful thing. I'm trying to arriange my thoughts and words correctly so I don't sound contradicting lol. Okay...

We with our "yoni" [that's wat I call "pussies"] give life. That's powerful yes, but men do play apart in helping us give life. Without their sperm we would not be able to produce the lives we produce. Our yonis are able to go to expand and retract to give a human being life. Our yonis go threw penitration just to give pleasure to the woman they are attatched to. Our yonis are a beautiful thing! [Not visually but you know what I mean] lol I'm not trying to take away the power that they do posses.

What I like about the quote/comment I posted is... love is what makes the world go round. They way we love money, life, each other etc. Without the love of sex, life, or material things. Girls would not go around slanging their yonis to get what they want. Without the love of sex or one another, men would not be baring their seed in us for us to be able to give life. God gave us these sex organs and desires to reproduce and show love to each other. Love is the most powerful thing because without the love of... whatever it is that you love, we would not strive for that sense of uphoria/happiness that we strive for.

hair tips

I'm bi-racial [black and phillipino] and people tell me I have pretty hair all the time. I have it up in a messy bun most of the time. My hair is really curly but in the front I have the african american texture of hair. Not so course tho. My hair is really soft, it tangles easy, drys out easiy, I dye it alot and can get dead ends quickly. I have product suggestions and tips for us girls with mixed hair, now they might not all work for you.

Everyones hair is different. So if you see anything you like use it but note I am not a proffesional hair care specialist. These are things I do and products I use for my hair.

TIPS:
Try to buy hydrating and curly hydrating shampoo and conditioner with low sodium content. Because we have curly hair our hair drys out quick.

Use a wide tooth comb or pick to comb out your hair. Comb from the bottom up, then when hair is combed out comb from top down.

When wearing your hair curly use moose and gel. Moose will give it volume and keep it airy, gell will keep your hair n place. Use a defuser to dry curls. Or a blow dryer on the coolest heat you have.

Straighten hair only once or twice a month. Don't wash out for 3-4 days. It sounds gross but the oil our hair folicles secreate is much needed.

when you straighten hair, use a heater blocker. Use a light amount of hair oil [african pride].

Cut your hair every 6-8 weeks. Cut atleast 1 inch, your hair will grow faster.

HOMEMADE DEEP CONDITIONER:

1 egg yoke
1 tablespoon baby oil
2 tablespoon water

Beat the egg yoke untill its frothy, then add water and baby oil and beat till well mixed. Rub in hair let sit for 5 mins and wash out.

Dr. Mircles deep tingling conditioner
Infusium 23 leave in conditioner
African Pride hair oil
Sunsilk frizz control shampoo and conditioner
Pantine Pro-V hydrating curls shampoo and conditioner

Can we please stop letting these men run all over us? Its funny when we say "where all the good men at?" Yo! How are you gonna get a good man when you ain't even good yourself? You don't love your self, and have no self esteem... so you go fuck anyone and everyone who says hi to you.

My male friends point out stuff in my friends all the time and tell me not to be like them. "That one gives off the vibe of a hoe, you can tell by the way she dresses" ladies... baby phat and apple bottom is not to be worn if over 18! Real talk. Apple bottom does cater to us ladies with more junk in the trunk but to do have to rock the cheapest looking pair? Its called hoodrat wear! Step your clothes game up. You don't have to be a label whore. There are places' like forever 21, love couture, or H&M...

Its hard not to bring the past into the future... but if you can't move forward from the past... you shouldn't be in this new relationship. He souldnt have to pay for his mistakes.

My ex husband told a female I was his roomate! Now here were my insecuirties and stupidity came into play... the first time he cheated on me I continued to be with him, while stupidly thinking he would change which that thinking gave me a false sence of secuirty.

We can take back our dignaty and self esteem.. don't let anyone bring you down! Be solid, hold yourself down and your kids if you have any. Hopefully you are in that relationship soo great that nothing I wrote matters.

I am excited about being apart of this upcomin protest. I am very pasionatte about this incident. I did not know Oscar Grant but this touched me. My friend was on the train when this happened and I remember her trying to tell me what happened the next day.

Its crazy how a policeman someone we trust to protect us, shot a young man at point blank range. His excuse is "I reached for my tazer" bullshit! You are a trained officer, you went for one side then went for the other... stood up... pointed... and within 2-3 second... shot... you shot a unarmed 22 year old father. No matter how defiant he was you took his life! And because of you, he will never get to see his daughter grow.

Stuff like this happens all the time. Like sean bell who was shot 50 times on his wedding day. Some policemen abuse their power. And the justice system will cover the policemens asses! How in the hell did OPD bail Oscar Grants killer out? I will not call him by his name. He is not a human to me. I hope the justice system does find justice for Oscar Grant. I hope they do not let this person go free. He's been free for months now. He needs to be locked up. If it was any normal citizen this case would be over and the person would be serving life or they would be on death row.

As time got closer to the release of the Blueprint 3 I seen more people hate on Jay-Z than I have EVER have seen. Today [9/7/09] the BP3 was released. I waited to get my copy but hella people I know already bootleged it. Some didn't like it but the majority loved it.
I was driving to the store and thought of a idea... that I should write a blog on why I think Jay-Z is hated on so much.

#9- Anyone who can diss someone and the person he dissed [rush limbaugh] be happy they got dissed by the person [Jay-Z] has a power and influence on life itself.

Jim Jones really doesn't have anything to back his case... Jaz-O is a hater to me, he should be supportive of his apprentice, and now this T-Pain beef? Hopefully this blows over quick cuz I remember T-Pain performed D.O.A with him! And we would love to hear T-Pain FINALLY sing without the Autotune... I would. If you start beef with Jay-Z I think you should come as harrd as Naz if not harder if you don't have that abillity... why even go there?

I love these and read them about once a week to remind myself that there is obstacles and hardships that I am going to go threw to get to where I wanted to be at with Supa Savy and with my life. 4 years ago when I started this company my goal was to have cracking shows in sac, push my artists, work with some of the biggest artists and make it to 5 years. All these goals have been completed except for the 5 year thing. And we have pushed further! We have worked with bigger artists and clubs, expanded our network to as far as Japan. Supa Savy is a squad of 12+ females, and we are well respected in our craft. Of course we have haters but we try to cut them out and continue with our movement. But when I hit 5 years where do I go from there?

I honestly haven't thought about it till 5 mins ago when I re-read these principles. Jay-z is a very inspirational man and he is my idol. I KNOW he had to go threw obsticales and hardships to get where he is at. But sometimes I find it hard to deal with them... sometimes it does get discouraging. But im going to have to keep pushin forward to be successful. My song of the year right now is "successful" by Drake and Trey Songz. I don't want the money, the cars, and clothes... I just wanna be successful! Real talk. You can keep all that. It changes people. I've seen it happen to the most humble people! Sometimes I may get happy about some of the things we have accomplished but like jay-z said "if you don't believe in yourself, no1 else will"
